After searching for a privacy protector that said it would work with fingerprint I found this one; as most state they do not. Installation was easy and went just as any other protector would. Two things. First, the fingerprint works, but I had to delete and re register my fingers after the protector was installed - which took a while for my phone to even read my fingerprint - But eventually it did. There are still some issues, but for the most part the scanner works for fingerprint. Second. This is not a complete privacy protector like it states. When viewing from the side, the phone appears dark but you can still see the screen. Would someone be able to see the complete content? No. But is your screen hidden? No. You can still see the screen and what's basically on it (picture, text messages, ext), but you'd have at least some privacy as they wouldn't be able to make out details or read the text, etc. It becomes blurry and dark when viewing from the side but not hidden. Overall it works well to provide privacy as well as works with fingerprint. I have also dropped my phone a handful of times and it hasn't scratched or broken, so it works for that too. I would buy again.
