I was needing a longer cord, so I was pleased to get it, BUT, my phone does not charge well at all now. I have returned to using my old, short cord. It's less convenient, but at least it does the job. A total waste of money.

Returning because the headset keeps making a buzzing noise and saying its name even when not in use. Which is inappropriate around others.
The cord is strong and very well made, the sound is great with a nice subtle sound of the bass. These came with different padded inserts and I'm so glad, because I needed smaller ones to fit in my ears. I would definitely recommend these to others and give a 5 star ⭐ rating.
I have loved these Headphones. This type that wraps around your neck is the best for a secure fit that keeps them in your ear. There are very few like this on the market. They are a bit tricky to unfold, but you get used to that. Another issue I had with them is the volume toggle. There's virtually no way to feel where to press, so I put a dot of glue on the ends of the toggle so I could feel where they were. There's also an issue with pairing. I have to pair them everytime I use them. It's not a big deal, just odd. Finally the real issue is that I bought these in December of 2023 and as of today, July 7, 2024, the left ear speaker has stopped working, so Ihave to get another pair. I wish they had lasted longer, but for the price and quality of sound, it's worth it to stick with these.
I received the wrong product of half of the order and didn’t receive the other product. It’s not worth my time to send it back. Basically, I’ll never order anything in the future.
