The neckband is good in terms of sound quality. The retraction of the earbud is noisy. What I don't like is the thickness of it and for some reason, it rotates around my neck & I have to keep repositoining it. Another good thing I like is when I am out of distance from my ph, it doesn't disconnect ( I can't hear anything, but when back in range sound returns).

Great Bluetooth!

My neckband Bluetooth died and was hard to find a replacement. These work well with my Samsung Galaxy S22+. Only improvement would be that they have a softer & more flexible band around neck, other than that they work just fine.

I reported a few days ago that the earbud had broken off of my headphones. I want to report now that after contacting customer service, they have asked me to return the headset for a brand new pair.

Very fast and excellent customer service. Looking forward to getting the new pair.
